Mission Cove was recently honored with the 2019 Ruby Award for Project of the Year as awarded by the San Diego Housing Federation. Mission Cove is a successful collaboration between the City of Oceanside, Community Housing Works and National CORE to develop a new affordable community that provides 288 apartment homes for families, seniors and veterans. The development features multiple high-quality family apartment buildings, a seniors building and a commercial/residential mixed-use building, all integrated around prominent landscape and open space areas throughout the site. TLPG coordinated and processed a challenging entitlement package for the project and designed a comprehensive landscape plan for the entire development.
