Oceanside’s downtown area has provided an opportunity to locate contemporary residential projects in a coastal setting.  Both the 438 South Cleveland Street and 414 South Cleveland Street townhome projects have alley-loaded autocourt entries which allow all the landscape areas to be used for curb appeal and landscaped walkways.  Front door stoops are complemented with small scale trees and plants that provide ambiance for the walkways while delivering a contemporary low-water-use landscape with a lush semi-tropical feel with a combination of succulents, perennials, ornamental grasses and flowering trees.  The Lightfoot Planning Group created the conceptual landscape plans and provided the landscape construction drawings for each of these popular projects.
