The Lightfoot Planning Group prepared and processed the entitlement package for this new three story 57,000 square foot medical office building located within the Tri-City Medical Center complex.  The approved entitlements included a Development Plan and Condition Use Permit to address the building design and height at this highly visible location along the Vista Way / Highway 78 corridor.  The building presents a modern design utilizing contemporary materials and symmetrical form to define the structure.  The design blends modern style accents, classic building lines and current medical office standards.  Natural stone veneer, prominent window features with low reflective glazing, and earth-tone facade elements comprise the majority of the building.  Landscaping is featured prominently throughout the site and along the street frontage to complement the building and TCMC entry.
