The Lightfoot Planning Group prepared documents and coordinated entitlement processing for this significant Oceanside employment center. This project is implementing long-standing plans for the property and the desire of Oceanside to increase business and job attractors. The site is within the Rancho Del Oro Specific Plan, and TLPG has prepared updated development regulations for the property to meet current standards for a high-quality business park.
The site is being divided into larger parcels, with major streets and infrastructure provided by the Master Developer, to facilitate build out with a variety of business park and industrial uses.
