The Lightfoot Planning Group provided due diligence, site planning and landscape design and construction drawing services for the Frontwave Credit Union (formerly Pacific Marine Credit Union) located in the Pacific Coast Business Park within the Rancho Del Oro master plan area.  This 60,000 square foot building is located on a 6-acre lot situated at a highly visible corner of the business park.

The landscape theme complements the building’s contemporary design and provides distinct planting features within the large yard areas adjacent to the building.  Focused landscape elements are designed along pedestrian paths, patios, and parking areas near the building.  The design also integrates storm water mitigation elements in areas adjacent to the building, as well.
