Pacific Station
Pacific Station is an innovative mixed-use project located in the heart of vibrant Downtown Encinitas. TLPG coordinated the entitlement processing and created the landscape design for this highly visible development which features nearly 110,000 square feet of commercial uses, restaurant space, office suites, 47 residences and underground parking. The project is a transit-oriented development located adjacent to the Encinitas transit center.
The project architecture is intended to create a unique sense of place while complementing surrounding development in the downtown area. The project is comprised of specific “design districts” represented by unique exterior elevations organized around an interconnected system of outdoor spaces. Open space has been provided in the form of public plazas, semi-private common areas and private balconies. The landscape design creates public plaza gathering spaces, intimate pedestrian alleys, and a number of private common area terraces and patios that overlook historic Coast Highway 101.
