Piazza D’Oro
Piazza D’Oro was the first mixed-use project in Oceanside to be developed outside of the city’s downtown area. Located near Rancho del Oro and Vista Way, it is a dynamic mixed community development featuring over 220 residential condominium units integrated with nearly 25,000 square feet of commercial and office space – including several live/work units. TLPG facilitated processing and approval of the entitlements for this unique and highly visible project located along the Highway 78 corridor.
Piazza D’Oro is a neo-traditional, mixed-use neighborhood that combines the feel of Early California, Spanish Colonial and Santa Barbara architecture with light colored stucco, earth toned wrought iron and decorative wood trellis and details which are intended to be timeless and age gracefully. The highly articulated project is designed more like a neighborhood village shopping center at the Vista Way frontage with interior transitions to a residential community. Features such as colors and materials, signage, and decorative paving are designed to distinguish the commercial uses from the residential and office uses, integrated via landscaping and pedestrian links within the project.
