The Coastal Townlofts is a 28-unit townhome development within the coastal area of the City of Oceanside.  TLPG provided planning consulting and landscape design for this project, representing the developer in processing and receiving city approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map, Development Plan, Conditional Use Permit for building height, and two sets of Variances for front yard building setback and wall height.  This condominium project features innovative, contemporary architecture with roof deck patios that maximize ocean views.  TLPG designed the common area courtyards with exotic and lush landscaping to accentuate the architecture. The project serves as a model for downtown development with modern architecture and proximity to public transportation, while contributing to the overall revitalization efforts in downtown Oceanside.
